Tata Docomo, on Monday launched a ‘Emergency Talk-time Service’ for its prepay GSM customers in Karnataka. The service allows its customers to stay connected by enjoying credit talk-time.
 
Tata Docomo customers can get a talk-time credit of Rs. 4 by simply sending the SMS ‘Loan’ to 369 or Dialling USSD *369# from their mobile. It is a toll-free facility, and the credit amount will be recovered within 24hrs with a nominal fee. To avail of this service, customers should have completed at least 90 days on Tata Docomo’s network, and should have less than Rs. 5 as talk-time balance. Moreover, customers are eligible to take subsequent talk-time credit after the recovery of previous credit.
 
“The ‘Emergency Talk-time’ credit service has been designed to enable our customers to stay connected in pressing times when they are left with low talk-time balance. This service has been introduced keeping in mind the needs of our customers, especially in case of an emergency,” said Ashok Ghose, MBU Head, Karnataka and Kerala, Tata Docomo.
