In perhaps a reflection of the gap in technological adoption between India and developed nations, 4G spectrum auctions commenced in Germany on Monday.

Interestingly India’s Union Communications Minister, said on Tuesday that his Ministry will work towards bringing 4G to the country as soon as possible and not with any delay as in the case of 4G.
