Etisalat DB Telecom today announced granting Rs 750 crore end-to-end outsourcing contract to Tech Mahindra, Aegis and Conflux spread over a period of five years.
The deal requires the selected firms to set-up contact centres for Etisalat’s India operations. The centres will offer range of customer management services including billing, collection, customer service and retention and will also be responsible for complete management of back office processes.
The contracts have been distributed area-wise among the selected players. Tech Mahindra will oversee North and South India while Aegis will manage West and Central India. Conflux has bagged the contract for Bihar circle.

The contact centres will also offer the subscribers an avenue to interact over the email and SMS medium apart from the conventional voice medium. The centres will offer services in English and Hindi languages. |
