Nokia launches E5-00 handset in India

Nokia announced the launch of Nokia E5-00 handset based on Symbian OS and seen as as extension of Nokia’s Eseries that includes E72 and E63.

It has Mail for Exchange and IBM Louts Notes Traveler features.

Commenting on the launch Vipul Sabharwal, Director- Sales, Nokia India said, “The Nokia E5-00 is designed for those that want to be productive in both their professional and personal lives. It addresses the unique needs of professionals by combining business as well as personal & entertainment functionalities.  With features such as business & consumer email, chat, social networking, a 5-megapixel camera and long battery life, this phone will appeal to a large section of professionals who want a converged device to address their needs.”

The Nokia E5-00 will be available nationally starting with Nokia Priority Stores at an MRP of Rs. 12,699/-.
