IKF Technologies Bags BPO Contract from Vodafone for the Eastern Region

Kolkata-based IT and ITeS firm, IKF Technologies Ltd. announced bagging a BPO contract from Vodafone Essar for the Eastern region.

 

The scope of the contract consists of providing BPO and call centre services to Vodafone in Eastern India that will comprise Calcutta, and ROWB.

 

Commenting on the development, Mukesh Goyal, Chief Executive Officer, IKF Technologies remarked, This development is in sync with our business plans to emerge as a major player in the Indian BPO industry.
