Telecom major Bharti airtel launched third generation (3G) services in the cyber city of Hyderabad, in Andhra Pradesh.
On the business-to-business front, Bharti airtel said in a statement that it now offers special programmes catering to the 3G needs of enterprise customers.
“In keeping with our commitment to bring the best to our customer, we today bring the Airtel 3G advantage to the tech-savvy and youthful city of Hyderabad. Over the next few weeks, we will be extending airtel 3G services to other key locations such as Vizag and Vijawada.
“Our customers here can now join the 2 million 3G-enabled customers in India. We welcome you all to experience Airtel 3G services and join 2 million of our customers that are already enjoying this all new world of possibilities,” Bharti airtel President -- Mobile Services Atul Bindal said.
Last month, Bharti airtel had launched its services in Delhi and the NCR, spanning Gurgaon, Faridabad and Noida.
Bharti airtel’s 3G services are already up and running in the cities of Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Mysore, Manipal, Udipi and Jaipur. The company has 3G licences in 13 circles.
Bharti airtel 3G also allows customers to enjoy a variety of exciting service offerings, including mobile TV, video calls, high-speed Internet and video capabilities on social networks, it said. |
