Alarmed by the World Health Organization (WHO) revelations that mobile phones and towers could lead to health hazards, NGO Green Planet Society demanded removal all mobile towers from residential areas.

The organization has taken up a drive to create awareness about the ill effects of mobile and high voltage electricity towers on the health of the people.
