As the devotees from around the globe have started thronging in Puri for the nine-day annual chariot festival of Lord Jagannath beginning this Sunday , Aircel, the first private 3G operator of Odisha has planned special initiative to serve the devotees by providing first-aid medical assistance to the pilgrims.
Aircel with the help of local service organization HEFA (Health Education for All) will deploy Ambulance with 2 doctors and 6 paramedical workers in Puri for first-aid medical assistance during the Rath Yatra festival. In addition to this, Aircel has tied-up with City Police, Puri for 24 hrs police assistance for the devotees by providing 10 Aircel Mobile lines. People can reach through these lines round the clock for any further assistance at Puri City limits.
