"We anticipate that the outcome of these legal processes should not affect our business activity in India," Chief Executive Jon Fredrik Baksaas told a news conference, adding that Telenor's entry was according to rules and regulations.
"We see that authorities and other institutions (in India) understand this position," he said.
"But there is still to see the final, revised regulatory framework that we expect to see this autumn." |
