The popular Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has become telecom provider Reliance Communications (RCom)’s brand ambassador, according to a company statement on Thursday  

The association will highlight the core value of the Group - bringing products to customers that fulfill their needs with unceasing affordability, RCom said in a statement.

"Reliance Mobile'''s superior 3G, pan-India 2G edge GSM and high performance CDMA network have been demonstrated in this communication. Anushka too is also a superlative performer which makes her the perfect fit for the brand," RCom Group Head (Brand and Marketing) Sanjay Behl said.

The company has previously had an association with actor Hrithik Roshan.
The new campaign featuring Anushka Sharma ''Mera Network'' would be for both GSM and CDMA services.

RCom has signed four news TVCs out of which two will go on air very soon.

The two new television commercials will feature Anushka Sharma and Rannvijay (of Roadies fame) and promote the company''s Unlimited Talk Time and Call Connect features.

Rising Sun is the production house, while the Grey Group is the advertising agency.
