RTI activist reveals it all in 2G Bomb
TT Correspondent |  |  21 Nov 2011

A Delhi-based RTI activist has brought out a book that contains various correspondences between ministries and prime minister on 2G spectrum allocation.

The 400-page book 2G Bomb - RTIs shook North Block, written by advocate Vivek Garg, is a compilation of letters from Members of Parliaments, former and present ministers and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh among others on the 2G issue.

The surfacing of a note of the Finance Ministry got by Garg through an RTI application had caused ripples in the UPA government. The note of March 25, 2011 had said that the then Finance Minister P Chidambaram could have avoided the scam had he insisted on auctioning of spectrum.
