Research In Motion Ltd. on Thursday announced in a blog post that it has acquired Nashua, New Hampshire-based Paratek Microwave Inc.

The amount involved in the deal has not been disclosed.

“Paratek will continue to innovate and to bring leading edge adaptive tuning solutions to the industry,” Ralph Pini, chief executive of Paratek, said in a brief statement posted to the company’s website.

“We look forward to working with our new colleagues and integrating our solutions into RIM’s BlackBerry product offerings.”
