Several review petitions filed by the Prime Minister''s Office and telecom companies in the 2G spectrum allocation case will come up for hearing in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. A bench of Justices G S Singhvi and K S Radhakrishnan would hear the petitions.
The petitions are related to the cancellation of 2G spectrum licences by the apex court on February 2 and the grant of sanction for prosecution of public servants.
