Huawei, aleading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, on Tuesday announced its sponsorship of the Atlético de Madrid football club in their match against Real Madrid on April 11 at the Vicente Calderón Stadium.
This agreement marks the first sports sponsorship for Huawei in Western Europe, and supports the brand’s goal to connect with consumers globally as it celebrates 10 years of operation in Spain.

From its beginnings as a company selling devices to large businesses, Huawei Device has evolved into a brand that also sells devices directly to millions of people. In recent years, Huawei Device has become a leader in home devices and mobile broadband, and has launched premium flagship smartphones, including the Ascend P1 and the Ascend G300.
