Veramark Technologies, a leading provider of Telecom Expense Management solutions, has said that it has been included by Gartner, Inc. in the 2012 Magic Quadrant for Telecom Expense Management (TEM).
Veramark was among the 23 companies, and one of only six U.S. based independent global TEM companies, included in the 2012 Magic Quadrant for TEM. The selection process was based on an evaluation of each competing organization's strategic vision and ability to execute globally in both mobile and fixed expense management. There are more than 200 companies involved in TEM worldwide and over 50 were considered for the Magic Quadrant for TEM.
"Veramark's credibility in the market is growing. We have seen a remarkable 25 percent increase in new business during 2011 over the prior year," stated Tony Mazzullo, President and CEO of Veramark. "Recognition by Gartner is further evidence that we are doing the right things for our customers."
The Gartner Report opens with the summary: "For many organizations, using a TEM provider is the only cost effective way to get the program management capabilities they need to control spending on telecom services. TEM providers also supply governance capabilities to help manage device diversity and the shift to bring your own device schemes."
"Veramark understands that managing mobile and fixed line telecom services is a distraction," said Tony. "We are committed to eliminating this distraction for busy managers who have better things to do. Our customers count on Veramark to simplify their day by handling all of their telecom management issues without creating new problems."
This is the second Magic Quadrant to review providers of global IT and process services related to TEM. |
