Airtel Tanzania launches new Blackberry packages

Airtel Tanzania has launched new Blackberry packages, Blackberry Complete, Kamili, and Blackberry Social, genge to help people stay connected to business partners, family and friends.

 

The two packages are available on daily, weekly and monthly subscription options, with Tanzanians having access to affordable services for as low as 700.

 

The services are also available on weekly subscriptions with for blackberry genge, airtel customer's paying 3,500/- per week.

 

Airtel's genge package provides for internet browsing, BlackBerry Messenger (BBM), Facebook and Twitter while the kamili package offers access to BBM, BlackBerry Email and Instant Messaging, including full access to browse the internet, BlackBerry App World and social networking.

 

Airtel Public Relations Manager Jackson Mmbando said, "Customers can opt for Airtel genge or kamili by dialing the short code *148*77# to access an exciting total Blackberry experience that offers email service, instant messaging, internet access..."

 

Blackberry is an internet driven service requiring the network hosting one's Blackberry service to have perfect internet connection with most extensive reach. Airtel currently has the greatest internet in Tanzania.
