Idea Cellular, on Monday launched special international roaming offer called ‘iRoam’ for its postpaid subscribers, which gives up to 75% discount on using both Voice & Data services.
 
Starting today, Idea postpaid subscribers can avail up to 75% discount on their mobile phone usage while traveling to any of the 37 most frequently visited countries in the world including UAE, USA, Singapore, UK, Thailand, China, Germany, France, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Italy, etc. This exciting offer is valid for Voice, SMS and Data usage is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
 
The Idea ‘iRoam’ pack special rates are applicable on International Roaming services such as Incoming Calls, Outgoing Calls, SMS and Data.

There are three packs for Voice, Data and SMS service. For Rs. 500 monthly rental, one will get 35% discount on existing rate, on Rs. 1,400 rental plan 60% discount can be availed and on monthly rental plan for Rs. 5,000 75% discount is given on existing rate. For iRoam Data pack, one has to pay Rs. 2,500 and in return will get 40 MB free usage and 75% discount beyond free usage.
 
Idea has also launched a special ‘iRoam’ pack for users travelling to the USA which offers discounts up to 90% on existing rates. As per the new offer, Idea users can roam in USA at monthly rental of Rs. 1,500, which in return will give 15 outgoing calls, 15 call back home/international calls, 15 incoming calls, 15 SMS’s and 15 MB data usage. These special rates are applicable on AT&T US network.
