The South Korean giant Samsung has announced that sales of its Galaxy Note II have reached the 5 million mark, hardly in two months since its launch. Samsung first unveiled Galaxy Note II at IFA 2012.
Just like its predecessor Galaxy Note, Note II is also a Phablet and was launched in India in September.
It sports a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED HD display and is powered by a 1.6 GHz Quad-Core processor. The device features an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 1.9 megapixel front camera. Like its predecessor, the Galaxy Note II also comes with the S-Pen stylus for taking notes on the device.
Earlier this month, Samsung announced sales of this Phablet had topped 3 million units in the first 5 weeks, which means the company has sold another 2 million units in the last three and half week’s time. |
