HTC Corporation has started rolling out Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for its flagship phone HTC One X.
The update seems to have been rolled out across the world, as users from various parts of the world have reported of receiving the update.
The update brings Google’s latest operating system to the One X, along with a newer version of HTC’s own Sense 4+. Other improvements include a new user interface with better performance, a new landing page and improvements to power management.
The update has been rolled out in two parts, which includes the HTC Sense 4+ UI and the main Jelly Bean. The first file is around 1.5 MB in size, while the Jelly Bean update is around 360 MB.
HTC stated in Taiwan early late last month that it would be rolling out Jelly Bean for the One X and one S. However, there is no update for One S. |
