Tech Mahindra, iTelecom Wholesaletom to provide iVNO solutions in Australia

iTelecom Wholesale Pty Ltd, a leading wholesale only aggregator and mobile virtual network enabler ) to communication service providers, and Tech Mahindra , have entered into a  strategic partnership to provide integrated Virtual Network Operator (iVNO) solutions to the Australian market.

Through this partnership, brand owners and mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) in Australia will now have access to a Branded iVNO solution offering a 360 degree virtual enterprise, providing product, platform, process and people. Brand owners will be enabled to offer their customers prepaid and postpaid mobile as well as wireless broadband and other value added services under their own brand.

This will be backed by a next generation real-time billing and customer care platform, contact centre support for sales, back office, customer service and technical support and in depth and proven telecom domain expertise. Under the Branded iVNO solution, brand owners will be responsible for sales, marketing and branding while leveraging a ubiquitous services offering across the telecom value chain on a Pay-as-you-Grow commercial model. This will enable brand owners to offer new services to their market or niche, secure new revenue streams and enhance their customers experience and brand loyalty. By combining Tech Mahindra’s proven telecom system integration and solution delivery capabilities with iTelecom Wholesale’s integrated virtual network enabler solutions and carrier networks, Brand Owners and MVNOs will be empowered like never before to create new market offerings and commercial opportunities by leveraging our Branded iVNO solution in new, entrepreneurial ways.
