The fall in the Facebook users in the UK which had more than 33 million unique users in December has a lot to do with the Christmas period. The UK is ranked as sixth most active Facebook user bas in the world.
According to SocialBakers, Facebook penetration in United Kingdom is 52.65% compared to the country's population and 62.25% in relation to number of Internet users. The total number of FB users in United Kingdom is reaching 32827180 and grew by more than 2359280 in the last 6 months.
Comparing these nearest countries by penetration of Facebook users shows that United Kingdom has 1.08% higher FB penetration than Israel and 0.19% lower FB penetration than Cyprus. |
