Samsung Electronics on Thursday launched REX series of Smart feature phones for Indian customers. They are REX 90, REX 80, REX 70 and REX 60. All four devices are Dual SIM Phone and features almost same preloaded applications. The devices are priced from Rs 4280 to Rs 6490.

The REX series is being launched with a very attractive Tata Docomo offer, which gives double the data to consumers, on all standard data recharges until Aug 31, 2013.

Rex 60 features 2.8 inches QVGA Display with Dual SIM support and Upto 15 hours of Talktime. Its Touchwiz UI comes with 8 customizable homescreens. It has 1.3 megapixels Camera. It comes with Preloaded Applications such as; Facebook, Twitter, Push Mail with Contact & Calendar Sync, Opera Mini Browser, 10 Full Version Gameloft Games, 9 Regional Language support, ChatON, Yahoo, GTalk, Facebook ChatFree Games, Music and Apps from Samsung App store.

Rex 70 features 3 inch Capacitive QVGA Display, Dual SIM support and True Hot Swap, Touchwiz UI with 8 customizable homescreens, 2 megapixels Camera, Upto 13hrs Talktime and with Preloaded Applications such as; Facebook, Twitter, Push Mail with Contact and Calendar Sync. It also supports Opera Mini Browser, 10 Full Version Gameloft Games, 13 Regional Language support, ChatON, Yahoo, GTalk, Facebook Chat, Free Games, Music and Apps download from Samsung App store.

Rex 80 also features 3 inch Capacitive QVGA Display, Dual SIM and Upto 14.7hrs Talktime. Its Touchwiz UI comes with 8 customizable homescreens. It features WiFi (802.11b/g/n), 3 megapixels Camera and many Preloaded Applications like; Facebook & Twitter, Push Mail with Contact, Calendar Sync, Opera Mini Browser, 10 Full Version Gameloft Games, 9 Regional Language support, ChatON, Yahoo, GTalk & Facebook Chat, Free Games, Music and Apps download from Samsung App store

Rex 90 features 3.5 inch Capacitive HVGA Display with Dual SIM support and True Hot Swap. The TouchWiz UI comes with 7 customizable homescreens. It also features WiFi (802.11b/g/n) and 3.2 megapixels Camera. It delivers Up to 15 hours Talktime and comes with Preloaded Applications like; myMovies, myMobileTV, myStation, Facebook, Twitter, Push Mail with Contact, Calendar Sync, Opera Mini Browser, 11 Regional Language support, ChatON, Yahoo, GTalk, Facebook Chat, Free Games, Music and Apps download from Samsung App store.

Samsung REX users in India can also access some very useful apps available on the Samsung App store for free. These apps range from popular apps like ngpay, ebay, OLX, and Quikr, to a naukri.com , shaadi.com and VuClip, to name just a few.
