The much awaited dual-SIM Nokia Asha 310 is now available the company's official store in India. The phone was launched in February. Though the price of the phone is Rs. 5,601, it is available on e-commerce sites like Saholic and Snapdeal at Rs. 5,499.
While launching the phone, Nokia had said that it will be available in India in Q1, 2013.
The dual-SIM and a full-touch device has a 3-inch scratch proof display and comes with a 2-megapixel camera. It also sports a microSD card slot for extra storage. The company offers either a 2GB or 4GB card in the box.
The Asha 310 is a dual-SIM device featuring 'Easy Swap'. The secondary SIM slot is placed on the side of the phone, allowing users to put the second SIM without the need to turn off the phone.
Another exiting feature of the phone is its SIM manager app which enables users to assign unique profiles for up to five SIM cards.
The Asha 310 supports Internet connectivity through GPRS/Edge. Other connectivity options include WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, Micro-USB 2.0 and USB. Nokia claims that the 1,110 mAh battery on the Asha 310 offers 17 hours talk-time or up to 25 days on standby from a single charge.
The phone comes preloaded with email, Facebook, Twitter and eBuddy apps, Nokia Maps, with offerings like 40 free games from EA such as Tetris, Bejeweled, Need for Speed The Run and Fifa 2012.
