TT Correspondent |  |  03 Oct 2013

Vodafone India has launched an informative, self-service application ‘My Vodafone’ app for its customers for iOS, Android and Blackberry platforms.

The app will help users pay phone bills, recharge prepaid account, track service requests, or simply subscribe to the best offers.

‘My Vodafone App’ works on an advanced technology that allows real-time integration with Vodafone systems for accessing information on billing, recharge and data consumption.

The app can be seamlessly used on multiple types of data connectivity such as Vodafone GPRS/3G, Non-Vodafone connectivity including Wi-Fi (Registration requires Vodafone Data Connectivity). The app is available for free; however usage and download will be billed as per the subscribers data plan.

Vivek Mathur, Chief Commercial Officer, Vodafone India, said, “As customers evolve they will increasingly seek self-service. An easily accessible and user friendly portal is essential in this context. We believe ‘My Vodafone’ app will help our customers track daily usage and empower them in line with our proposition of ‘Power to you” .
