Soon after Karbonn launched four sub 8K smartphones, Panasonic too launched low-cost Panasonic T31 for the Indian customers. The device is launched at Rs 7,990.
The fifth in the series of Panasonic's series of smartphones in India Panasonic T31 features 4-inch WVGA display screen runs on AndroidTM 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). It is powered by adual core 1.3GHz processor.
The Dual-SIM Phone comes with the T31512MB RAM, 4GB flash storage and a microSD card slot. It has 1300mAh battery which according to company’s claims can give up to 400 hours of standby or 9.5 hours of talktime. The T31 is 11.95mm thick and it weighs 120 grams.
It sports a 3.2MP rear camera on the rear. It has 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, HSPA+, Wi-Fi and A-GPS as connectivity options. . It comes with Google Play services pre-loaded including Games, Music, Store and Movies.
The company is betting on the feature rich budget smartphones in India and focusing ontier-II/III cities.

With our latest offering - the T31 - we aim to go beyond the metros and cater to our consumers across tier-II/III cities and deliver a remarkable mobile experience to the Indian mass consumers."
Last month, Panasonic launched new smartphones- P11, T21, and T11 in India.
Priced between Rs. 9,790 to Rs. 16,490 these new smartphones run on Android 4.1 (jelly bean) and come in multiple screen sizes with IPS and High Resolution display and Quad-Core and Dual-Dual Core technology.
Earlier this year Panasonic launched P51 smartphone which the company claims was received well by the customers. |
