Samsung has launched its costliest smartphone Galaxy Golden smartphone with dual-touch screen in India at for Rs 51,900. The device was unveiled in the South Korean market in August has been launched for Indian market at Rs 51,900. It is expected to hit the market next week.
The phone with two 3.7-inch Super AMOLED touch screens, one on the outside and one inside is powered by a dual-core 1.7 GHz processor. The phone runs on Android 4.2 operating system.
It sports 8MP rear unit with LED flash and a 1.9MP front camera. It come3s with 1.5GB RAM and packs a 1,820mAh battery. The flip phone also has a T9 keypad for input.

There seems to be some confusion about the pricing. An IBN Live report has quoted a retailer tweet as saying that while its MRP Rs 53890 it will finally land in the customers hand at Rs 49,900.
Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is available in the Indian market at reduced price. The three variants the device Samsung Galaxy Note 800 10.1 Tablet (16 GB,Grey), Galaxy Note 10.1 (SM-P601), white 16 GB, and Galaxy Note 10.1 (SM-P601), black, 16 GB are available on e-commerce portal infibeam.com at Rs 37,500, Rs 49,990 and Rs 49,990 respectively. |
