Buoyed by the success of its tablet, Zync Global, Zync, an emerging domestic handset maker has now entered budget smartphone segment with the launch of Cloud Z401smartphone at Rs 4,499 .
Other domestic handset makers like, Micromax, karbonn Xolo, and Celkon have already forayed into low-cost smartphone category,
The Z401features a 4" IPS Capacitive Touch Screen which is base on Android 2.3 Gingerbread (With ICS UI) platform. It is powered by a 1 GHz Processor.
Zync has previously launched an array of feature phones and now have entered the smartphone category with the launch of its Cloud Z401 to bridge the gap between price and quality.
It sports a 2 megapixel back camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. It comes with a 512 MB internal memory and has a multi touch display. This phone is available in two colours, black and white and has a 3.5mm audio jack.
The company is betting on the success of the low cost tablets and has decided to extend its footprint in the low cost smartphone category as well.

The phone is also compatible with additional features like Skype, Viber, Youtube, Yahoo messenger, Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Adobe Flash, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
With Zync’s wide distribution network of more than 500 dealers, the product would now be available at more than 51cities.
