Lava has launched a dual-SIM budget smartphone the 3G 402+ at Rs. 6,499. The device is an upgraded version of its 3G 402 budget smartphone.
The Lava 3G 402+ is a 4.0-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor (unspecified chipset) coupled with 512MB of RAM. It sports a 4.0-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels.
It has 4GB inbuilt storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It packs in 1500mAh battery that according to company’s claims can deliver up to 4 hours of talktime and 200 hours of standby time.
It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/AGPS, GPRS, EDGE and 3G as connectivity options. It will be available in Metallic Grey, Metallic Brown, and Ivory White colour variants.
The Lava 3G 402 was launched in August this year, alongside the 3G 356.

Before this the company launched the Iris 503 smartphone at Rs. 9,999. The dual-SIM Lava Iris 503 and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and features It features a 5-inch qHD (540x960) IPS display. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor (unspecified chipset) along with 512MB of RAM. It comes with a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with BSI sensor and LED flash. |
