Lava will launch its Iris Pro series of smartphones on Friday in an event in New Delhi. No specific details have been provided by the company’s official website. The press invite says” Come and join Lava in its journey as we unveil our flagship series Iris Pro.”
 
Lava iris is being advertised on YouTube and televisions for quite sometime without technical specifications. Whatever little we know about the phone is that weigh just 114 grams and feature Corning Gorilla Glass with 4.7-inch screen with display from Japanese LCD maker Sharp. The touch panel would be fully laminated.

We believe that it will give tough completion to leading handset maker Micromax in terms of price and the rich technical specifications. It will come with software features like Content Adaptive backlight control.
