BlackBerry Z10 is now again available in India for Rs. 17,990, Z30 also slashed to Rs. 34,990

Criticized for putting an unexpectedly very high price of Rs 43,490 on its flagship BlackBerry Z10 smartphone when it was launched in India, BlackBerry slashed its price by Rs 13,500 to Rs 29990 in the name of festive season and later to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its foray into the Indian market, BlackBerry announced that customers can now purchase the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone running on latest BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2.1 at a special price of Rs.17,990. Canadian smartphone maker BlackBerry on Wednesday replenished stocks of its Z10 touchscreen model that was sold out in India after a 60 percent discount on the price.

"BlackBerry Z10 has now been restocked across BlackBerry's retail network across the country and on Flipkart.com", the company's director for distribution in India, Sameer Bhatia, said in a statement, told to PTI.

The device will be available for Rs. 17,990, according to the statement.
