Handset manufacturers has decided to capture the small-range market this season. After the successful launch of Motorola's Moto E smartphone, Lava has now launched Iris X1 dual-SIM Android smartphone for Rs. 7,999 in India. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS.
Iris X1 has a 4.5 inch FWVGA IPS display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Broadcom quad-core processor with 1GB RAM. It has an 8 megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera.
The phone comes with 4GB of internal memory and supports a microSD card of up to 32GB for additional storage. It weights 138gm and has an 8.9 mm of thickness.
For connectivity Iris X1 comes with 3G connectivity apart from WiFi, Bluetooth v4.0 BLE, and micro-USB. The phone offers OTG support to enable file transfer through USB drive. The phone packs an 1800 mAh battery.
Iris X1 will be available in black and white colours. Iris X1 will be available online on Amazon.in from May 27. Online buyers will also get a free 16GB Ultra Micro SD card with the device which will be only applicable for orders placed on Amazon.in on May 27. The phone will also be available across national retail chain stores and multi-brand outlets pan India. |
