Microsoft has disclosed its plans to officially bring the Xbox One to the Indian market at the ongoing E3. The Xbox One will be available in India from September 23 at starting price of Rs. 39,990 and also the Xbox One with Kinect will cost Rs 45,990. Microsoft’s Xbox One comes after the Sony PS4 was launched in India, but gamers will have to wait a little longer for the latest XBox gaming system.
Every Xbox One system will include the Xbox One console - which features a 500GB hard drive, Blu-ray player and built-in Wi-Fi - one Xbox One Wireless Controller, and a free 14-day trial of Xbox Live Gold for new members.
Xbox including gesture controls, biometric sign-in, controller paring, Skype video calls, instant personalisation, instant scanning of QR codes, and other features only available with Kinect in games such "Kinect Sports Rivals," "Dead Rising 3," and "Project Spark."
The Xbox One gaming launch line up in India will be spruced up with some exclusive blockbusters, including AAA titles like ‘Forza Horizon 2’ and ‘Halo: The Master Chief Collection,’ which comes with the highly anticipated ‘Halo 5: Guardians’ multiplayer beta.
Microsoft will also offer its Gold Rush program in Asia that gives fans the chance to win prize pack featuring real Gold and a Collector’s Edition Titanfall pack for just being on Xbox Live Gold.
Games from the Xbox 360 won’t work on the new Xbox One and the console won’t require a constant Internet connection. |
