Good news for Nexus 4 users as Google and LG have begun rolling out the latest Android Lollipop OTA update for the Nexus 4 devices in India. To download the OTA update, users need to go to “Settings > About device > System updates > Check now”. Then, if the update is available, users just need to click on Install option and will get downloaded.
For this, Google prompts users to ensure their handset has more than 50 percent battery life and 500MB space before they download the 394.4MB Android 5.0 Lollipop update. There’s also an OTA update link where you can manually install Android Lollipop via a computer in a process called adb sideload.
Google has also announce that the new devices Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 will also run Android Lollipop out of the box.
Recently, some Nexus 5 users have also faces bugs upon the download of the latest Android update and some users have been complaining about battery and Wi-Fi issues after using Lollipop. It will be good to see how it works on other Nexus device. |
