Sony quietly launched its latest Xperia Z4 flagship smartphone, in Japan. Smartphone will be available in Japan in starting this summer, but haven’t yet provided the pricing details of Xperia Z4.
Sony Xperia Z4 smartphone comes in a metal frame with 5.2-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) Triluminos display and is backed by the firm's X-Reality mobile picture engine. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and 64-bit octa-core (quad-core 1.5GHz + quad-core 2GHz) Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM.
Sony Xperia Z4 smartphone also has 20.7-megapixel autofocus rear camera with 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS BSI sensor, Bionz image processor, and a pulsed LED flash, a 5.1-megapixel front-facing camera with Exmor R BSI sensor, which is an upgrade from Xperia Z3's 2.2-megapixel front camera. Its inbuilt storage is 32GB which can be expandable up to 128GB through microSD card.
Sony Xperia Z4 smartphone also has IPX5/IPX8 equivalent certification, which makes the phone waterproof and IP6X certification making it a dustproof device. Also gone is the cover flap for the USB port.
Sony Xperia Z4 smartphone measures 146x72x6.9mm and weighs 144 grams.
Sony Xperia Z4 smartphone has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi with hotspot, 3G, 4G LTE, GPS/ A-GPS, Glonass, Micro-USB, DLNA, and NFC connectivity features with 2930mAh battery as well.
Sony Xperia Z4 smartphone will be available in White, Black, Copper, Aqua Green color variants. |
