To all vieweres Do not buy Micromax products. I tell you my personal experience of micromax customer service. I bought Micromax A350 phone on 7th May. This was the biggest mistake I bought micromax product. Since 1st August this phone is in service center. calling customer service several times and visiting company''s service centre several times and facing terrible inconvenience, I get the reply that wait for 21 days or wait for 15 days or wait for 10 days just keep on waiting....... My job sheet number - N060197-0815-18296313 and my complaint number -MMX220815770553. Unfortunately I made the biggest mistake of my life that I bought this phone on 7th May 2015, and since 1st August 2015 it is at your company''s service centre - Shree Sai Telcom. Its display touch screen not working. On 1st August 2015 person at service centre told that my phone will be repaired in a week time. When I called to know the status after a week on 8th Aug 2015 they asked me to wait for a week time more. I again called them after a week and again got the same reply to wait for a week time more. I even went to the service centre to know what exactly the reason. People do not know how long I have to wait for my phone. I called customer service and registered complain MMX220815770553. customer service staff told me to wait for 20 days maximum and I will get my phone with in this time line. When I called on 2nd September 2015 to know the status customer service staff asked me to wait for 15 days more. They are totally unprofessional and there is no time line for the job completion. I need to know what is the timeline for the repair of my phone. Should I have to wait for a life long and every time I called or visit center I get a new time line and I have to wait endlessly. Micromax customer support is the worst customer support I have ever come across. Even people at Micromax service centre are so rude and unprofessional, they even threaten people to throw out of the service centre. I am unable to find the better word in dictionary how to define Micromax customer support - Pathetic, horrible. Micromax knows best how to harassed customers. Take it seriously all Indian viewers do not buy this Indian Brand.
