  Asus India has announced the ZenFone Selfie smartphone in India. The company revealed currently only the 32GB variant with 3GB RAM priced for Rs. 17,999, exclusively available on Flipkart and the 16GB variant with 2GB RAM priced for Rs. 15,999 will go on sale starting September 30.
Asus ZenFone Selfie smartphone comes with 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection, anti fingerprint technology and 10 finger touch support. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with the ZenUI skin on top, powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (1.7GHz quad-core and 1GHz quad-core) processor with Adreno 405 GPU with 3GB RAM.
Asus ZenFone Selfie smartphone also has a 13-megapixel rear and front camera with f/2.0 aperture, 28mm focal length, and dual-colour Real Tone flash. The rear camera features a laser autofocus module, both with Toshiba sensor as well.
The front facing camera has 88-degree wide angle to cover more area and click group selfies. Zenfone Selfie features an optional swing attachment to adjust selfie angle or to act as a kickstand
Its inbuilt storage capacity is 32GB, which can be expandable up to 64 GB through microSD card.
For connectivity options smartphone has 4G / LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac) with 3000mAh battery.
Asus ZenFone Selfie smartphone measures 156.5x77.2x10.8mm, and 170 grams.
Asus ZenFone Selfie smartphone will be available currently in Aqua Blue and Pink colour variants. |
