Anritsu Corporation is pleased to announce that the company's Mobile Terminal Test PlatformME7834L has been certified by Softbank as an approved test system for its mobile terminals.
With this certification, the ME7834L supports all Softbank-approved communications protocol tests at test houses. The ME7834L is now (at July 1, 2015) a world leading test system with 100% verification.
Acceptance tests at test houses are required to verify interoperability between mobile terminals and Softbank's network; the ME7834L supports both the GCF requirements as well as Softbank's own in-house protocol tests, enabling certification tests of LTE/UMTS smartphones, tablets, Wi-Fi routers, etc., delivered to Softbank.
The system platform includes the Signalling Tester MD8430A to simulate a base station, as well as an external PC with SIDE software for controlling the MD8430A to automatically run test scenarios. Some 40 companies worldwide are now using more than 400 of this popular SIDE software.
The Anritsu RF Conformance Test System ME7873F and ME7873L also support RF tests run by Softbank- approved test houses.
Along with certification testing, Anritsu's full lineup of test solutions plays a key role in developing smartphones, tablets, Wi-Fi routers, communications modules, etc., as well as in supporting communications services, such as assured signal quality and network I&M.
Anritsu will continue partnering Softbank's newest technology rollouts with the latest test solutions. |
