Sony Ericsson may add motion-controlling software in handsets
TT Bureau |  |  31 May 2008

After the availability of motion-controlling sensor in Apple iPhone, LG Secret, it has now being speculated that Sony Ericsson has tied up with a Californian company GestureTek to include special software which will allow mobile subscribers to use their mobile phones as motion-controlling sensor.

This software will provide Sony Ericsson users a Nintendo-Wii like experience while playing games on the mobile phones, enabling them to control gaming characters by just tilting the phone in a manner required in the game.

Sony Ericsson will reportedly add this software in their upcoming as well as old camera phones from September 2008.
