Munish Seth has joined Google India as the new country Director for Android, and is now looking after the growth of the Android ecosystem in the country.
Seth is now driving partnerships with handset makers and original equipment makers (OEMs) in the country. He confirmed his appointment.
He was most recently serving Facebook as the regional head-APAC for connectivity solutions, and led Express Wi-Fi programme in India. He was with Facebook for almost three years.
Earlier, Seth had led French telecom gear maker Alcatel-Lucent’s India operations. He had also served as the chief technology officer for Asia Pacific at Alcatel-Lucent, which is now a part of Nokia. |
