Vivo has just launched a new smartphone that can be called one of the company’s first to feature an in-display front-facing camera in the sub-Rs 20,000 price category. Called as the Vivo Z1 Pro, the new smartphones comes in three variants and pose a competition to the likes of Xiaomi and Honor smartphones.
Vivo Z1 Pro’s 4GBG RAM+64GB storage variant is priced at Rs 14,990 while the 6GB RAM+64GB and 6GB RAM+128GB are price at Rs 16,990 and Rs 17,990 respectively. The new smartphone will be going on sale starting July 11 via Flipkart and Vivo’s own website. There are some offers announced for the handset. Those buying the smartphone from Flipkart using ICICI credit or debit cards will get Rs 750 discount. Also, Z1 Pro buyers will also get ‘benefits’ worth Rs 6,000 for Reliance Jio.
As for the specifications, the Z1 Pro has a 6.53-inch FullHD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor along with 4GB or 6GB RAM option and 64GB or 128GB inbuilt storage. On the camera front, you get a 32MP front-facing camera with a punch-hole design. At the back, there is a 16MP+8MP wide camera+2MP depth camera setup with f/1.78 aperture for the primary camera.
As for the battery, Vivo Z1 Pro is powered by a 5000mAh battery that is claimed to give you 7.5 hours of PUBG game play. The battery also supports 18W fast charging tech.
Vivo says that its Z1 Pro also has L1 Widevine certifications. The device will be available in Sonic Blue, Mirror Black and Sonic Black. |
