 Capgemini announced that it has agreed in principle with Getronics PinkRoccade(GPR) for the acquisition of Getronics PinkRoccade Business Application Services BV (BAS BV) for Euro 255 million (Rs 1685.5 crore) in an all cash deal.
BAS BV with an employee strength of 2200 had a turnover of Euro 300 million in 2007.
The deal is subject to approval from the European Commission and the worker’s union. |
