Firstsource subsidiary bags KPO deal from BT worth $15 mn

Firstsource Solutions’ subsidiary, Pipal Research announced bagging a $ 15 million knowledge processing outsourcing deal from British Telecom at an estimated price of $ 15 million. Based on achieving certain milestones the contract can be extended to six years at a value of $ 30 million.

 

Pipal Research said that the deal requires it to provide KPO and MPO (Marketing Processing Outsourcing ) responsibilities including research areas pertaining to market, segment, country and customer along with proposition support and other numerical analysis work to British Telecom Global Services (BTGS).
