Chennai-based Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS), announced signing a multi year multi dollar deal with Alcatel Lucent following which CSS will provide tech support in French, German and Spanish languages to Alcatel Lucent’s European customers.

CSS will now invest $ 3million for expansion of its Poland centre.
