GTL’s Holding arm close to acquiring aviation firm

GTL Group seems to be diversifying into new sectors as reports say that its Holding arm Global Holdings Company (GHC) is in talks with Mumbai-based Indmar Aviation Services.

Indmar provides maintenance and repair services to general aviation.

The deal is expected to be completed in 15-20 days.
