Bharti Enterprises’ infrastructure arm, Bharti Infratel is planning to list only after 2-3 years.

Further the company will transfer about 30,000 towers to Indus Towers, its joint venture with Vodafone and Idea. Subsequent to the transfer Bharti Infratel will manage passive infrastructure in 7 circles of Assam, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, North East and Orissa.
