Freescale Semiconductors to acquire US-based Intoto

Freescale Semiconductors signed an agreement to acquire with US-based Intoto which specialises in developing software platform for networking and communications equipment manufacturers. The deal is expected to be sealed in 30 days.

 

Freescale says it aims to integrate Intoto’s technology and resources to create applications and software components optimised to improve system performance, streamline development and enhance software support for multi-core communications platforms.
