Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd. announced the appointment of Gayatri Balaji as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the company’s domestic BPO business in the southern part of the country.

In her new role, Gayatri will be responsible for managing operations and all the support functions of the company’s centres in the southern belt.

Gayatri has rich experience in sales and delivery functions of the industry with past stints in organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank and Tata Consultancy Services.
