Tata Indicom announced the launch of its Samsung Raaga - Go for Gold’ handset bundle scheme in alliance with Samsung under which a subscriber gets the colour handset along with a life time validity worth Rs 299.
As part of the offer, the company is offering 1,200 local SMS for 12 months, local calls from Tata to Tata at 0.25 paise a minute and calls to other network at 0.75 paise a minute. The STD calls will be charged at Rs 1.50 per minute. The offer is valid in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgargh circles.
Similarly Reliance Communications too has launched a bundle offer in association with LG which offers subscribers a lifetime validity connection along with LG colour handset and Rs 1,200 local talk time free. Additionally RCom also launched wireless landline phone ‘Hello’ at Rs 999 for rural subscribers and which comes without any rentals with top –ups starting from Rs 25 onwards.
RCom also introduced new schemes for its broadband services with a new postpaid scheme offering RCom’s USB data modem for Rs 2,820 with free two months Internet usage worth Rs 3,371. For a new prepaid subscriber the Reliance Netconnect data modem is available at Rs 2,490 and free one month internet usage worth Rs 999. It will also include free lifetime validity worth Rs 299 and free activation charge of Rs 99 said RCom. |
