 Spice Communications announced the appointment of G P Gupta as new additional director (independent) on the board of the company.
The company had witnessed departure of Devendra Raj Mehta, Mahesh Prasad and Krishan Lal Chugh from the board membership recently.
Sister concern, Spice Mobile too had witnessed exodus of board members when five members namely, Divya Modi, Suresh Kumar Jain, Ashok Kumar Goyal, Rajiv Kumar Sharma and AVK Mohan resigned from the board of Directors of the company. |
