Nimbuzz adds 17 new partners to Global Operator Affiliate Program

Mobile VoIP and instant messaging service provider Nimbuzz announced that it has signed up 17 new partners, including four Indian players for its Global Operator Affiliate Program that seeks to bring mobile social networking, presence and instant messaging capabilities to carriers while keeping a control of their own customer relationships.    

 

“We see these partnerships providing real value to operators looking to increase ARPU and offer their customers full access to IM and social networks without the risk and costs associated with setting this up themselves. This is also an open call to other operators looking to join. We will be announcing new partners soon,” said Nimbuzz CEO Evert Jaap Lugt on the partnership.

 

As a part of the alliance, Nimbuzz will offer its partners with the opportunity of providing customers with mobile communication and social networking value added services at a relatively faster speed to market and devoid of additional overhead costs and in return the partners will promote Nimbuzz by placing permanent banners on their websites, said the company.

 

The newly added members comprise of A1 Mobilkom, Sipgate, Xeloq Communications, Adepto Telecom, Amtelfone, Apnatelelink, VOIP HIT, EuteliaVoip, Skytel, ICTel, MWeb,TerraSip,  GLT GLOBAL TELELINKS, Voiceglobe, Tpad, Vyke and Gizmo5.
